Grosvenor & Stow Plc in partnership has retained the services of Ashville's management team since purchasing the building in 2000.

Ashville's pro-active approach to managing the building ensures a pleasant environment for existing occupiers and helps differentiate against similar buildings and includes:

  • All building staff employed directly by Ashville allowing a high level of training to be provided resulting in an excellent service and continuity to the tenants.
  • Experienced building and facilities management team based on site.
  • Reception desk operating from 7am until 8pm with 24 hour access to the building available to all occupiers.
  • Helpdesk operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Regular tenant liaison meetings held providing an opportunity for feedback and the existing service to be improved further.
  • Rent & Service Charge accounting administered in accordance with the requirements of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
  • Ashville work as a partnership with Grosvenor & Stow Plc and operate a joint membership to Real Service, a bench marking good practice group that works with property owners and managers to improve management service delivery and property performance.
